摘要
目的探讨微课结合翻转课堂教学在疼痛护理课程中的实践效果。方法选取南昌大学护理学院2019级66名护理本科生共两个班为教学对象,以班级为单位将两个班分为对照组34名和观察组32名,对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用微课结合翻转课堂教学。课程结束后进行理论及实训考核、采用护理专业大学生自主学习能力调查问卷进行效果评价。结果观察组学生理论测试成绩为83.72±4.04分,实训考核成绩为84.33±7.26分;对照组理论测试成绩为78.76±4.45分,实训考核成绩为79.42±6.62分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生自主学习能力评价中除了学习动机外,其余各维度的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微课结合翻转课堂教学应用于疼痛护理课程中有利于提高学生的综合分析应用能力,促进教学质量的提高。
Objective To explore the practical effect of combining micro-lecture with flipped classroom teaching in pain nursing courses.Methods To select 2 classes of 66 nursing undergraduates of 2019 from Nursing College of Nanchang University were selected as teaching objects.We divided the two classes into a control group of 34 students and an observation group of 32 students,with the control group using traditional teaching and the observation group using micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching.After the course is completed,theoretical and practical assessments will be conducted,and the effectiveness evaluation will be conducted using a survey questionnaire on the self-learning ability of nursing college students.Results The theoretical test score of the observation group students was 83.72±4.04 points,and the practical training assessment score was 84.33±7.26 points;The theoretical test score of the control group is 78.76±4.45 points,and the practical training assessment score is 79.42±6.62 points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of students'autonomous learning ability in the observation group,except for learning motivation,the scores of all other dimensions were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining micro-lecture with flipped classroom teaching in pain nursing courses is benefi cial for improving students'comprehensive analysis and application abilities,and promoting the improvement of teaching quality.
