摘要
幼儿园劳动教育隐性课程包括物质空间类、组织制度类、文化心理类三种常见样态,对幼儿劳动素养的发展具有全面影响,尤其有助于丰富幼儿劳动观念、陶冶幼儿劳动情感、培养幼儿劳动习惯与品质。为充分发挥幼儿园劳动教育隐性课程的作用,必须针对其突出问题加以改进,把握其实施关键。这包括:优化物质环境,凸显物质空间类劳动教育隐性课程的互动性和发展性;改进班级制度,保证组织制度类劳动教育隐性课程的稳定性和适宜性;改善精神环境,把握文化心理类劳动教育隐性课程的示范性与导向性。
The hidden curriculum of kindergarten labor education includes three kinds of common forms,such as material space,organization system and cultural psychology,which have overall impact on the development of children's labor competence,especially contribute to enriching children's labor concept,cultivating children's labor emotion and forming children's labor habits.In order to make all kinds of hidden curriculum of kindergarten labor education play a full role,it is necessary to grasp the key of its implementation according to its outstanding problems.So these following measures should be taken:Optimizing the material environment,highlighting the personal interaction and development of hidden curriculum of material space labor education;improving the class system,ensuring the stability and suitability of hidden curriculum of organizational system labor education;and ameliorating the spiritual environment,grasping the labor example and guidance ofhidden curriculum of cultural and psychological labor education.
