基层卫生院门诊清创缝合术患者的焦虑心理及护理干预

Anxiety Psychology and Nursing Intervention of Patients undergoing Debridement and Suture in Outpatient Clinics of Primary Hospitals

目的 在基层卫生院对接受门诊清创缝合术的患者进行调查,统计患者发生焦虑心理的情况,并为患者实施护理干预,观察干预效果。方法 选取的研究对象均为在门诊接受清创缝合术的患者,于2020年1月至2022年12月就诊于基层卫生院,按照年龄差异统计焦虑心理程度人群分布情况;根据不同护理方法将研究对象分成两组,分别实施常规护理(对照组)和心理护理干预(研究组),将两种方法在临床上的应用效果进行比较。结果 处于41~60岁年龄阶段的女性患者以及21~40年龄阶段的男性患者出现焦虑心理的概率明显比其他年龄阶段的患者更高;护理后,研究组患者的焦虑指数、并发症的发生概率以及疼痛评分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在基层卫生院的门诊部门接受清创缝合术的患者存在不同程度的焦虑,心理护理干预可改善患者的焦虑和疼痛程度,有助于降低并发症发生率,预期效果更好。

Objective In the primary health hospital to accept outpatient debridement suture for the investigation of patients,statistics of patients with anxiety,and the implementation of nursing intervention for patients,observation of intervention effect.Methods The selected subjects were all patients who received debridement and suture in the outpatient department,and were treated in the primary health center from January 2020 to December 2022.According to the age difference,the population distribution of anxiety degree was analyzed.Then according to its nursing method,the research object was divided into two groups,respectively the implementation of routine nursing(control group)and psychological nursing intervention(study group),the two methods in clinical application were compared.Results The probability of anxiety in 41-60 years old female patients and 21-40 years old male patients was significantly greater than that in other age groups.After implementing different nursing methods for the two groups of patients,the anxiety index,complication probability and pain score of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).In comparison satisfaction,the evaluation of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients who undergo debridement sutures in the outpatient department of primary care hospitals have varying degrees of anxiety,and psychological nursing interventions can improve anxiety and pain,help reduce morbidity and have better expected outcomes.
