摘要
近年来人参保健食品的开发呈上升趋势,稀有人参皂苷是具有更强生物活性的人参皂苷次级代谢物,在天然植物中含量极少。本文综述了稀有人参皂苷的转化工艺,为人参的进一步合理开发提供理论基础及技术参考。
In recent years,the development of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer.health food is on the rise.Rare ginsenosides are secondary metabolites of ginsenosides with stronger biological activity,and their content in natural plants is very small.In this paper,the conversion technology of rare ginsenosides is reviewed,which provides theoretical basis and technical reference for further rational development of ginseng.
