单纤维聚乙烯线缝合配合瘢痕贴用于急诊颌面部外伤的价值分析

The value analysis of single fiber polyethylene suture combined with scar patch in emergency maxillofacial trauma

目的:研究急诊颌面部外伤应用单纤维聚乙烯线缝合与瘢痕贴的效果。方法:研究对象为淄博世博高新医院于2019年6月至2020年6月收治的92例急诊颌面部外伤患者,依据治疗方法的不同进行回顾性分析研究。本研究将所有病例分为两组,对照组(46例)采用常规清创缝合治疗,研究组(46例)采用单纤维聚乙烯线缝合与瘢痕贴治疗,比较两组临床疗效、伤口恢复与瘢痕情况、并发症发生情况及两组治疗后的生活质量水平。结果:研究组治疗显效率为76.09%,总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的43.48%和80.43%(P<0.05),差异具统计学意义;同时,研究组伤口愈合时间比对照组要短,并且瘢痕长度较对照组也更短(P<0.05),差异具统计学意义;结果显示,研究组并发症发生率为4.35%低于对照组的19.57%(P<0.05),差异具统计学意义;研究组生活质量评分较对照组更高(P<0.05),差异具统计学意义。结论:联合应用单纤维聚乙烯线缝合与瘢痕贴疗效更佳,生活质量更高且并发症较少。

Objective:To study the effect of single fiber polyethylene suture and scar sticking for emergency maxillofacial trauma.Methods:The research subjects were 92 emergency maxillofacial trauma patients admitted to Zibo Shibo High-tech Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020.A ret rospective analysis was conducted according to different treatment methods.In this study,all the cases were divided into two groups,the control group(46 cases)was treated with conventional debridement and suture,and the research group(46 cases)was treated with single fiber polyethylene suture and scar patch.Scar conditions,complications,and quality of life after treatment in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was 76.09%,and the total effective rate was 95.65%,which was higher than 43.48% and 80.43% of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.At the same time,the wound healing time of the study group was longer than that of the control group.and the scar length was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;the results showed that the complication rate of the study group was 4.35% lower than that of the cont rol group(19.57%)(P<0.05),and the difference was significant.Statistical significance;the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combined application of single-fiber polyethylene suture and scar patch has better curative effect,higher quality of life and complications less.
