近年来,高校毕业生规模逐年增长,应届大学生就业形势日趋严峻。同时,人口老龄化加剧给养老行业带来无限商机,因此鼓励大学生在养老行业创业,可作为有效缓解大学生就业压力与满足养老行业市场需求的途径之一。从大学生创业者的角度,通过深入分析大学生在养老行业的创业优劣势,梳理出养老热点应用领域大学生的创业机会,为大学生在养老行业创业提供理论指导。

In recent years,the scale of college graduates has increased year by year,and the employment situation of fresh college students has become increasingly severe.The intensification of the aging of the population has brought unlimited business opportunities to the pension industry,and encouraging college students to start a business in the pension industry can be used as one of the ways to effectively alleviate the employment pressure of college students and meet the market demand of the pension industry.From the perspective of college student entrepreneurs,this paper deeply analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of college students'entrepreneurship in the pension industry,sorts out the entrepreneurial opportunities of college students in various hot application fields of pension,and provides theoretical help for college students to start a business in the pension industry.
