摘要
本研究采用随机区组试验,以喷施三十烷醇(0.15,0.30,0.45,0.60 mg·L^(-1))、生长素(20.0,30.0,40.0,50.0 mg·L^(-1)),抗倒酯(141.0,282.0,423.0,564.0 g·hm^(-2))及多效唑(50.0,100.0,200.0,400.0 g·hm^(-2))后的发草(Deschampsia cespitosa)为试验材料,探究了植物生长调节剂对其种子产量及产量构成因素的影响。结果表明:喷施4种植物生长调节剂均能提高发草种子产量,其中以100.0 g·hm^(-2)多效唑效果最佳,较CK增产207.15%;各产量构成因素与种子产量均呈正相关,其中喷施三十烷醇后发草单株穗重与种子产量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);喷施生长素后每生殖枝结实数与种子产量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);喷施抗倒酯后千粒重与种子产量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);喷施多效唑后发草每生殖枝小花数与种子产量相关性最高。
The research adopts randomized block test,the Deschampsia cespitosa sprayed with triacontanol(0.15,0.30,0.45,0.60 mg·L^(-1)),auxin(20.0,30.0,40.0,50.0 mg·L^(-1)),trinexapac-ethyl(141.0,282.0,423.0,564.0 g·hm^(-2))and paclobutrazol(50.0,100.0,200.0,400.0 g·hm^(-2))was used as the test material to explore the effects of plant growth regulators on seed yield and its traits of the species.The test results showed that spraying four kinds of plant growth regulators can increase the seed yield of D.cespitosa,and 100.0 g·hm^(-2)of paclobutrazol spraying was gotten the best yield with an increase of 207.15%.In addition,the study found out that all yield traits were positively correlated with the seed yield.based ou the correlation analysis,after spraying triacontanol,the spike weight per plant was significantly positively correlated with seed yield(P<0.01);after spraying auxin,there was a significant positive correlation between the number of fruit per reproductive branch and seed yield(P<0.05);there was a significant positive correlation between the seed yield and thousand kernels weight after trinexapac-ethyl spraying(P<0.05).The correlation between the number of florets per reproductive branch and seed yield was the highest after spraying paclobutrazol.
