米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的效果观察

Effect Observation of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in Treatment of Missed Abortion

目的:探讨米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2020年1月于湖北省赤壁市中医医院实施稽留流产治疗的88例患者作为研究对象,根据投掷硬币单双面法分为常规组与试验组,各44例。常规组实施人工流产治疗,试验组给予米非司酮和米索前列醇药物流产治疗。比较两组治疗效果,再次清宫、需要宫颈扩张、人工流产综合征发生率,不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。试验组再次清宫、需要宫颈扩张、人工流产综合征发生率均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:稽留流产患者使用米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗,能够提高治疗效果,降低再次清宫率、需要宫颈扩张率、人工流产综合征发生率,且安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effects of mifepristone and misoprostol in treatment of missed abortion.Methods:A total of 88 patients who received missed abortion treatment in Hubei Province Chibi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to coin tossing odd-even side method,patients were assigned to routine group and experimental group with 44 cases in each group.The routine group implemented induced abortion treatment;the experimental group implemented drug abortion treatment of mifepristone and misoprostol.Treatment effects,the rates of repeated evacuation of uterus,requiring cervical dilation and induced abortion syndrome,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).The rates of repeated evacuation of uterus,requiring cervical dilation and induced abortion syndrome in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of mifepristone and misoprostol in missed abortion patients can increase the abortion effect,and reduce the rates of repeated evacuation of uterus,requiring cervical dilation and induced abortion syndrome,with a high safety.
