At present,with the development and maturity of information technology,more and more enterprises apply this technology,and build corresponding information systems to speed up the operation of enterprises.In order to improve the development rate of enterprise logistics,enterprise pays more attention to the application of information technology,ensures the efficient integration of various resources,and paves the way for the development of supply chain management.This paper starts from the significance of enterprise logistics informatization,analyzes its specific application in supply chain management,explores the shortcomings of enterprise logistics informatization management mode,and formulates appropriate strategies to promote the effectiveness of supply chain management.
