摘要
中国科学院大学“一生一芯”教改项目探索出芯片人才培养的OOICCI模式。本文探究了该模式提升学生行业胜任力的作用机理:项目通过开源式学生招募和引导式能力训练,塑造学员的个人品质;通过个性化成长阶段设计,促进学员专业知识的进阶学习;通过贯通式课程实践,提升学员工程专业能力;学员在级联式共同体中锻炼其工程领导力,在目标导向式培养流程中提升学习能力等可持续发展能力。该模式在价值观教育与专业教育耦合、软硬件学科知识贯通、理论传授与实践训练结合、促进非认知能力和可持续发展能力等方面,为其他关键核心技术领域人才培养提供了启示。
The teaching reform team from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences has innovatively developed an OOICCI model to cultivate talents of chips.As the second article of a series of studies,this article found that the idea of open enrollment has inspired students’aspiration and interest in chip industry.The design of inductive trainings has honed students’resilience.The design of individual-ized phases has realized the phasal learning of knowledge.The design of coherent practices has im-proved students’engineering skills.The design of cascaded communities has improved students’engi-neering leadership.The design of outcome-oriented procedures has improved students’ability to learn.The OOICCI model offers implications for the cultivation of core-technology talents in five as-pects.
