Implementation Paths and Action Programs of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps’s Strategy of Traffic Power

当前是新疆生产建设兵团推进交通强国建设的关键时期。本文立足兵团特征,坚持“近远结合”原则,提出兵团推进交通强国建设的长远思路与定位,并以“十四五”时期为重点,提出近期行动方案与对策建议,为行业主管部门提供决策参考。

At present,it is a critical period for the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps to promote the construction of traffic power.Based on the characteristics of the XPCC and adhering to the principle of"combining the near and far",this article proposes the XPCC’s long-term thinking and orientation for promoting the construction of traffic power.Focusing on the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,this paper proposes a short-term action programs and suggestions.It provides the meanwhile decision-making reference for industry authorities.
