摘要
利用低共熔溶剂氯化胆碱-乙醇胺对石榴皮进行多酚提取,在温度、时间、料液比三个单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面设计得到的最佳提取工艺条件为:温度82.432℃、时间89.433 min、料液比1∶19.231,最高多酚提取量为197.893 mg/g.
Polyphenols extraction from pomegranate peel was carried out using deep eutectic solvent choline chloride-ethanolamine.On the basis of three single-factor experimental investigations of temperature,time and solid-liquid ratio,the best extraction process conditions were obtained using response surface design as follows:temperature 82.432℃,time 89.433 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶19.231.Under these conditions,the extracted amount of polyphenols was 197.893 mg/g.
