Objective To explore the clinical application of Dahuang Zhidan decoction in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery. Methods A total of 101 patients who received minimally invasive surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in Xiangcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases) and experimental group(51 cases) by number table method. The control group received conventional treatment, and the experimental group received conventional treatment and Dahuang Zhidan decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and the score of Glasgow Coma Index(GCS) was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dahuang Zhidan decoction can regulate inflammatory response factors in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive surgery, improve neurological function and prognosis, and has certain clinical value.
