基于灰色GM(1,1)模型的眉山市生鲜农产品冷链物流需求预测

Based on Grey GM(1,1)Prediction of Cold Chain Logistics Demand of Fresh Agricultural Products in Meishan City

冷链物流是将冷冻冷藏类食品原料及成品在生产、储存、运输以及售卖等各个环节中始终放置于规定的低温环境中,以保证运输过程中食品的质量。本文以眉山市生鲜农产品冷链物流现状出发,同时整合2015—2021年眉山市冷链物流需求的相关数据。利用灰色GM(1,1)模型对眉山市生鲜农产品冷链物流未来5年的需求以及各种影响因素进行分析。期望能够为其发展规划与决策提供参考,并为农产品冷链物流产业的持续进步夯实基础。

Cold chain logistics the raw materials and finished products of frozen and refrigerated food are always placed in the specified low temperature environment during the production,storage,transportation and sale,so as to ensure the quality of food in the transportation process.This paper starts from the current situation of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural prod⁃ucts in Meishan City,and integrates the relevant data of cold chain logistics demand in Meishan City from 2015 to 2021.Use grey GM(1,1)The model analyzes the demand of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Meishan City in the next five years and various influencing factors.It is expected to provide reference for its development planning and decision-mak⁃ing,and lay a solid foundation for the continuous progress of agricultural cold chain logistics industry.
