深孔注浆在大采高工作面末采中的应用

摘要 5303大采高工作面在末采期间面临煤壁片帮问题并有冒顶征兆,为实现采面末采期间安全高效回采,提出通过深孔注浆技术提高末采段煤岩体强度及稳定性。在53031巷及53032巷内分别布置注浆钻孔,对注浆钻孔布置方案、注浆材料、设备选取等进行分析,现场应用表明,末采阶段注浆后煤岩体承载能力得以显著提升,采面在末采期间保持快速推进,末采50 m耗时10 d即回采结束,末采期间片帮发生降至2~6次/班、最大片帮深度为450 mm,且末采期间未有片帮征兆。通过深孔注浆为5303大采高工作面末采安全高效回采创造良好条件。 The 5303 high mining face faces the problem of coal wall spalling and roof falling during the final mining period.In order to achieve safe and efficient mining during the final mining period,it is proposed to improve the strength and stability of the coal and rock mass in the final mining section through deep hole grouting technology.Grouting boreholes were arranged in lane 53031 and lane 53032,and the layout plan,grouting materials,and equipment selection of grouting boreholes were analyzed.Field applications showed that the bearing capacity of the coal and rock mass was significantly improved after grouting in the final mining stage.The mining face maintained rapid progress during the final mining period,and the final mining took 10 days to complete.During the final mining period,the occurrence of rock fragmentation decreased to 2 to 6 times per shift,with a maximum rock fragmentation depth of 450 mm.During the end of the mining period,there were no signs of fragmentation.Deep hole grouting creats good conditions for safe and efficient final mining of 5303 large mining height working face.
