摘要
组合机床Y向滑台体(以下简称滑台体)的交错筋部位在铸造过程中易形成局部热节,不利于铸件顺序凝固。对比了交错筋部位放置冒口和放置冷铁两种工艺方案后发现,采用后者不仅简化了工序,而且提高了工艺出品率约3%。通过铸件凝固过程数值模拟与超声波探伤验证了冷铁工艺方案的合理性。
Local hot spot is easy to form at the cross rib part of the Y-direction sliding table body of the modular machine tool(hereinafter referred to as the sliding table body)during the casting process,which is not conducive to the sequential solidification of castings.After comparing the two process schemes of placing riser and chills at the cross ribs,it is found that the latter not only simplified the process,but also improved the process yield by about 3%.The rationality of the chills process was verifed by numerical simulation of the casting solidification process and ultrasonic flaw detection.
