国内某气田气井生产与防腐蚀的一体化管理

摘要 气田开发中后期,气井产能下降,井筒积液严重,CO_(2)等酸性介质腐蚀和流体冲蚀的腐蚀速率加快,气井同时面临措施增产和腐蚀防护问题,如何将气井油套管防腐蚀与措施增产有效结合,科学规划防腐蚀和增产措施,降低两者之间相互干扰,提升气井安全生产效能,成为气田开发的难点。对此,国内某气田通过全面综合分析气井井筒腐蚀、防护现状、历年监检测结果,结合增产措施技术要求,进行整体规划,采取增产措施与腐蚀防护一体化管理,实现气井工艺措施的精细化管理,推动气田高质量发展。 In the middle and late stage of gas field development,stimulation and corrosion protection is severely limited by the productivity impairment and load-up,especially the corrosion of acidic media such as CO_(2) and fluid erosion accelerates the corrosion rate.Combining the oil casing corrosion prevention and stimulation measures effectively,to reduce the interference between the both of them and improve the safety production efficiency of gas wells is still a sticking point in the process of developing oil field.Herein,through a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of gas well corrosion and protection,as well as the monitoring and testing results over the years,an overall plan was made in gas field,which combined with the technical requirements and systems of stimulation measures,took measures to integrate the management of stimulation and corrosion protection,realized the fine management of gas well technology measures,and promoted the high-quality development of the gas field.
