PDCA循环式护理对肛瘘手术后患者疼痛程度及健康认知、自我护理能力的影响

The Influence of PDCA Cycle's Nursing on the Postoperative Pain Intensity of the Patients with Anal Fistula,as well as on Their Health Cognition and Self-care Agency

目的:探究PDCA循环式护理对肛瘘手术后患者疼痛程度、健康认知、自我护理能力的影响。方法:将92例肛瘘手术患者随机分为A组和B组,每组46例。A组患者采用常规护理,B组患者采用PDCA循环式护理,比较2组患者术后不同时点疼痛程度、健康认知评分及自我护理能力。结果:护理前、术后1d2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3d、5dB组患者疼痛评分低于A组(P<0.05);护理前2组患者健康认知评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后B组患者健康认知评分高于A组(P<0.05);护理前2组患者自我护理能力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前B组患者自我护理能力评分高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:对肛瘘手术后患者实施PDCA循环式护理,可降低其术后疼痛程度,提高患者健康知识认知水平及自我护理能力,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the influence of PDCA cycle's nursing on the postoperative pain intensity of patients with anal fistula,as well as on their health cognition and self-care ageny.Methods Randomly divided the 92anal fistula patients treated in author's hospital into group A(46cases,routine nursing)and group B(46cases,PDCA cycle's nursing);then,compared both groups'patients'postoperative pain intensity at different time-points,as well as their score ratings on health cognition and self-care agen-cy.Results Before nursing in the ratings on pain at 1day after surgery,on health cognition,and on self-care agency there were no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but,at 3,5(days)after surgery in the ratings on pain group B was lower than group A(P<0.05);after nursing in the ratings on health cognition group B was higher than group A(P<0.05);before discharged in the ratings on selfcare agency group B was higher than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Performing PDCA cycle's nursing on the patients after them received anal fistula surgery can reduce their postoperative pain intensity,enhance their health cognition level and self-care agency,and the efficacy is significant.
