摘要
本文报道N-(4-溴-2,6-二氯苯基)吡嗪-2-胺(2)的合成及表征。在浓H2SO4存在的条件下,3-[(4-溴-2,6-二氯苯基)氨基]吡嗪-2-腈(1)脱除氰基,得到目标化合物N-(4-溴-2,6-二氯苯基)吡嗪-2-胺(2)。产物结构经过1H NMR、ESI-MS及XRD单晶衍射表征。考察反应条件发现,当浓H_(2)SO_(4)用量为n H2SO4∶n化合物(1)为10∶1,乙醇为反应溶剂,在80℃条件下反应10h,产物收率达到90.3%。
The synthesis and characterization of N-(4-bromo-2,6-dichlorophenyl)pyrazin-2-amine(2)was reported.The target compound was synthesized by decyanation reaction of 3-(4-bromo-2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino pyrazine-2-carbonitrile(1)in the presence of sulfuric acid.The structure of the product was characterized by 1H NMR,ESI-MS and XRD single crystal diffraction.It was found that when the dosage of sulfuric acid was nH_(2)SO_(4)∶ncompound(1)为10∶1 and ethanol was used as the reaction solvent,the yield of product was up to 90.3%at 80℃ for 10h.
