“双减”背景下家长和学生的教育焦虑探究——基于32对家长与学生访谈

摘要 文章以社会场域理论为基础比较“双减”背景下家长和学生教育焦虑的感知变化,采用半结构访谈对32对家长与学生进行分析,结果发现“双减”政策能减轻学生学业负担,减少家长家庭教育投入,但家长的教育焦虑来源发生变化,甚至有家长感到更焦虑。家长和学生教育焦虑交织的主要根源是教育资源不平衡不充分发展,需要政府为教育优质资源分配建立科学、公平的机制,需要学校与社会、家长协同合作,推进政策施行,从而减轻教育焦虑。 Based on the social field theory,the article compares the perception changes of parents and students'educational anxiety under the background of"double reduction".A semi-structured interview was conducted to analyze 32 pairs of parents and students.The results showed that the"double reduction"policy can reduce students'academic burden and parents'family education investment,but the source of parents'educational anxiety has changed,and some parents even feel more anxious.The main root cause of the interweaving of educational anxiety between parents and students is the imbalanced and insufficient development of educational resources.It is necessary for the government to establish a scientific and fair mechanism for the allocation of high-quality educational resources,and for schools to cooperate with society and parents to promote policy implementation,in order to alleviate educational anxiety.
