珍珠粉涂敷联合新癀片对复发性口疮患者血清炎症因子水平及溃疡愈合情况的影响

Effect of Pearl Powder Coating Combined with Xinhuang Tablets on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Ulcer Healing in Patients with Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

目的:探讨珍珠粉涂敷联合新癀片在复发性口疮患者中的疗效。方法:选择2020年2月—2022年2月大田县总医院收治的80例复发性口疮患者,按随机数表法将患者分为两组,各40例。对照组采用维生素B2治疗,观察组在此基础上采用珍珠粉涂敷联合新癀片治疗。两组均持续治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子、免疫功能、溃疡愈合及不良反应。结果:与对照组(80.00%)相比,观察组临床总有效率(95.00%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平分别为(9.68±2.14)pg/mL、(72.75±6.78)ng/mL、(52.54±8.71)ng/L,均低于对照组的(12.24±2.45)pg/mL、(88.82±7.14)ng/mL、(63.64±10.17)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD4+及CD4+/CD8+水平分别为(38.37±6.27)%、(1.69±0.35),均高于对照组的(31.32±6.02)%、(1.42±0.33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组溃疡愈合时间、疼痛消除时间及肿胀消退时间分别为(4.26±0.48)d、(2.11±0.52)d、(2.02±0.43)d,均早于对照组的(6.12±0.51)d、(3.17±0.56)d、(2.78±0.50)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论:珍珠粉涂敷联合新癀片在心脾积热型复发性口疮患者中疗效显著,能够有效改善其血清炎症因子水平,促进疼痛、肿胀消退与溃疡愈合,且具有较好的应用安全性。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Pearl Powder coating combined with Xinhuang Tablets in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer.Method:A total of 80 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer admitted to Datian County General Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin B2,and the observation group was treated with Pearl Powder coating combined with Xinhuang Tablets on this basis.Both groups were treated for 7 d.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,immune function,ulcer healing and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group(80.00%),the total clinical effective rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were(9.68±2.14)pg/mL,(72.75±6.78)ng/mL and(52.54±8.71)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than(12.24±2.45)pg/mL,(88.82±7.14)ng/mL and(63.64±10.17)ng/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were(38.37±6.27)%and(1.69±0.35),respectively,which were higher than(31.32±6.02)%and(1.42±0.33)in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ulcer healing time,pain relief time and swelling regression time in the observation group were(4.26±0.48)d,(2.11±0.52)d and(2.02±0.43)d,respectively,which were earlier than(6.12±0.51)d,(3.17±0.56)d and(2.78±0.50)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Pearl Powder coating combined with Xinhuang Tablets has a significant effect on patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer of heat accumulation in the heart and spleen,which can effectively improve the level of serum inflammatory factors,promote pain,swelling regression and ulcer healing,and has a good application safety.
