摘要
针对长春地区高大平房仓玉米粮堆在局地气候条件影响下产生的“热皮冷芯”现象,进一步引发的虫霉滋生、霉变发热等危害粮食度夏期间安全的问题,本文利用环流均温控温的储粮技术,将冬季粮堆内积蓄的冷量,通过环流风机引至粮堆上部空间,使低温气流透过表层粮堆向下流动,与局部的高温高湿区域进行充分的热湿交换,从而达到降低粮温的目的。根据两个试验仓的对比分析结果,采用内环流均温的控温方法,可以有效节能地控制粮堆温度,延缓粮食品质的劣变,对内环流均温储粮技术的科技成果转化及建构高效、科学、绿色、智能的储粮安全技术体系提供了试验支撑。
In view of the“hot skin and cold core”phenomenon of corn grain piles in tall bungalows in Changchun area under the influence of local climate conditions,which further caused the problems of pest and mildew breeding,mildew and heat that endanger the safety of grain during the summer,this paper uses the circulation temperature control technology of grain storage,and uses the circulation fan to induce the cold stored in the winter grain pile to the upper space of the grain pile,so that the low temperature air flow downward through the surface grain pile,conduct sufficient heat and moisture exchange with local high temperature and high humidity grain to reduce grain temperature.According to the comparative analysis results of the two test silos,the temperature control method of the inner loop temperature equalization can effectively control the temperature of the grain pile,delay the deterioration of the grain quality,and provide experimental support for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the inner loop temperature equalization storage technology and the construction of an efficient,scientific,green and intelligent grain storage safety technology system.
