“双高计划”背景下高职院校教师培训体系构建——以北京农业职业学院为例

Construction of Training System for Teachers in Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Double High School Program--Take Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as an Example

高职院校肩负着培养高素质技术技能人才的重要使命,高职教师队伍建设是提高人才培养质量的重要保障。在国家“双高计划”建设背景下,对师资队伍建设提出了新要求,通过综合评述高职院校师资队伍培训体系建设的研究,针对“双高计划”对师资队伍的要求和目前师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出高职院校师资队伍培训体系构建策略。

Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of training high-quality technical and skilled talent,and the construction of higher vocational teachers staff is an important guarantee to improve the quality of talent training.Under the background of the national"Double High School Program"construction,new requirements for the construction of the teaching staff are put forward.Based on the comprehensive review of the research on the construction of the teaching staff training system of higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes construction strategies for the teaching staff training system of higher vocational colleges in view of the requirements of the Double High School Program on the teaching staff and the existing problems in the construction o fthe teaching staff.
