摘要
摆渡电梯在高速运行状态下与电梯井道容易形成活塞效应,从而导致在高速运行过程中轿厢晃动的情况。要解决轿厢晃动的问题,首先需要对导致活塞效应的影响因素进行监测。因此,本项目基于MSP430单片机设计了一套集温度、风速、气压信号的监测系统,系统采用Pt1000温度传感器、管道风速传感器、壁挂式气压传感器作为前端传感器,在MSP430基础上结合了无线通信模块、SD卡存储模块对传感器输入的电信号进行数据采集、传输及存储,并基于Delphi语言编程开发上位机平台,通过上位机的可实时查看采集数据,为研究活塞效应的影响,提供了监测手段。
It is easy to form piston effect between ferry elevator and elevator shaft under the condition of high speed operation,which leads to the situation of car shaking in the process of high speed operation.To solve the problem of cage shaking,it is necessary to monitor the influencing factors of piston effect.This project based on MSP430 microcontroller designed a set of temperature,wind speed,pressure signal monitoring system.The system uses Pt1000 temperature sensor,pipeline wind speed sensor and wall mounted air pressure sensor as front-end sensors,and combines wireless communication module and SD card storage module on the basis of MSP430 to collect,transmit and store the electrical signal input by the sensor.The system develops the upper computer platform based on Delphi language.Through the upper computer can view the collected data in real time.It provides a monitoring method for studying the piston effect.
