摘要
目的通过发放调查问卷的方式行成年人对营养与食品卫生知识的认知、态度和相关行为调查分析。方法于2021年10月向我镇19个村的居民发放营养与食品卫生知识相关调查问卷,问题包括对营养与食品卫生知识的了解、对相关知识的了解程度及相关行为。在填写完问卷后对问卷进行回收并统计结果。调查问卷满分为100分,将得分分为4个档次,分别为一档75~100分,二档50~75分,三档25~50分,四档0~25分,其中一二档视为合格,三四档视为不合格。结果本研究共发放相关调查问卷1100份,成功回收问卷1000份。根据对问卷的统计与分析发现,1000名居民的总体及格率较低,仅为43.20%;将被调查者以年龄进行分组发现,随着年龄的增高及格率呈现下降水平,差异有显著性(P<0.05);将被调查者以学历进行分组发现,随着学历的增高及格率呈现增高水平,差异有显著性(P<0.05);将被调查者以收入进行分组发现,随着收入的增高及格率呈现增高水平,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论我镇成年居民对营养与食品卫生知识的认知、态度及行为及格率较低,相关认识不够,需要加强对居民进行科普教育等干预措施,以提高其对相关问题的认识程度。
Objective To investigate and analyze adults'cognition,attitudes,and related behaviors towards nutrition and food hygiene knowledge through the distribution of survey questionnaires.Methods In October 2021,a survey questionnaire on nutrition and food hygiene knowledge was distributed to residents in 19 villages in our town.The questions included their understanding of nutrition and food hygiene knowledge,level of understanding of related knowledge,and related behaviors.After filling out the questionnaire,collect it and calculate the score of the results.The full score of the survey questionnaire is 100 points,divided into four levels:75-100 points in the first level,50-75 points in the second level,25-50 points in the third level,and 0-25 points in the fourth level.The first and second levels are considered qualified,and the third and fourth levels are considered unqualified.Results A total of 1100 relevant survey questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 1000 questionnaires were successfully collected.According to the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire,it was found that the overall pass rate of 1000 residents is relatively low,only 43.20%.Grouping the respondents by age revealed that as age increased,the pass rate decreased,P<0.05.Grouping respondents by educational background found that the pass rate increased with the increase of educational background,P<0.05.Grouping respondents by income found that the pass rate increased with the increase of income,P<0.05.Conclusion The pass rate of adult residents in our town on knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors related to nutrition and food hygiene is relatively low,and the relevant understanding is insufficient.It is necessary to strengthen intervention measures such as popular science education for residents to improve their understanding of relevant issues.
