摘要
浙江省某污水处理厂处理规模为5.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,主体工艺采用水解酸化+序批式活性污泥法(SBR)+二沉池工艺,处理后的出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的二级标准。由于该污水处理厂存在生化池脱氮功能薄弱、TN不达标、SS难以稳定达标等问题,提出将主体SBR工艺改造成AAO+膜生物反应器(MBR)组合工艺,并取消二沉池的提标改造方案。提标改造完成后,该污水处理厂运行稳定,COD_(Cr)、氨氮、TN、TP及SS等污染物去除效率高,各出水指标均满足GB18918-2002中的一级A标准。本次提标改造工程总投资为9200万元,运行成本为1.09元/m^(3),为污水处理厂的设计及改造等提供了实际经验。
The treatment scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Zhejiang Province is 5.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The main process adopts hydrolysis acidification+sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process(SBR)+secondary sedimentation tank process,the effluent meet the class I standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).The WWTP has problems such as weak ammonia nitrogen removal function of the biochemical tank,substandard TN,difficulty of reaching the standard stably for SS,etc.In the renovation project,the main SBR process is proposed to be transformed into AAO+membrane bio-reactor(MBR)combination process,the secondary sedimentation tank is eliminated.After the renovation,the WWTP operates stably,with high removing efficiency of COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP and SS,the effluent pollutant indexes meet the class I criteria A standard of GB 189182002.The total investment of the renovation project is 92 million yuan,and the operating cost is 1.09 yuan/m^(3).The renovation project provides practical experience for the design and transformation of WWTP.
