石油炼化设备点巡检作业风险辨识及智能巡检系统建设

摘要 随着我国经济和科技的不断发展,石油炼化行业也得到了快速的发展,石油炼化企业向着规模化、集约化、大型化和一体化的发展方向进行发展。为了保障石油炼化设备的稳定、安全和高效的正常运行,单单依靠以往的人工巡检已经不能满足现阶段的巡检任务和需求,并且由于石油炼化行业的风险性较高,现场设备的巡检质量易受到人员素质和技术的限制和影响,结合智能信息化的发展现状,提出石油炼化设备点智能巡检系统用智能设备逐步代替人工巡检,提升现场巡检质量和水平,优化巡检人员路线。结合目前石油炼化企业日常安全管理需求和信息化技术发展,本文提出一种石油炼化企业设备点检智能巡检系统的原理和技术方案,为智能巡检技术的发展和设备的安全管理提供技术资料。 With the development of economy and science and technology,the petroleum refining industry has been developed rapidly.The petroleum refining enterprises develop in the direction of large-scale,intensive,large-scale and integrated development.In order to ensure the stable,safe and efficient normal operation of petroleum refining and chemical equipment,relying only on the previous manual inspection can no longer meet the current inspection tasks and requirements.Moreover,due to the high risk of petroleum refining and chemical industry,the inspection quality of on-site equipment is vulnerable to the limitation and influence of personnel quality and technology.It is proposed that the point intelligent inspection system of petroleum refining equipment should gradually replace manual inspection with intelligent equipment,improve the quality and level of on-site inspection,and optimize the inspection personnel route.Combined with the current daily safety management needs of petroleum refining and chemical enterprises and the development of information technology,this paper puts forward the principle and technical scheme of an intelligent inspection system for equipment spot inspection in petroleum refining and chemical enterprises,which provides technical data for the development of intelligent inspection technology and the safety management of equipment.
