全面推进乡村振兴背景下农村基层党组织建设研究

乡村振兴,最重要的是把农村基层党组织工作做好,让农村基层党组织成为乡村振兴发展的新路径。该文在全面推进乡村振兴背景下,通过对农村基层党组织的角色定位,从农村基层党组织的“三治”建设、工作能力提升、人才资源供给3方面,对农村基层党组织工作进行未来展望。农村基层党组织立足于基层,贴近群众,只有不断发挥工作优势,夯实各项工作,做好组织支撑与保障,才能更好带领村民奔赴小康,将全面推进乡村振兴工作的壮阔宏图不断展开。

The most important thing for rural revitalization is to do a good job in the work of grassroots Party organizations and make them a new path for rural revitalization and development.In the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,this paper provides a future outlook for the work of grassroots Party organizations through three aspects:the role positioning of rural grassroots Party organizations,the concept of"three governance integration"of rural grassroots Party organizations,the improvement of work capabilities,and the supply of talent resources.Grassroots Party organizations are based at the grassroots level and close to the masses.Only by continuously exerting their work advantages,consolidating various tasks,and doing a good job in organizational support and security can they better lead villagers to a well-off society and continuously carry out the grand plan of rural revitalization.
