燃气轮机不同检修间隔计算模型对比与分析

摘要 由于不同燃气轮机厂商产品结构不同,维修理念有差异,加之电厂运行方式不确定等因素,无法直接比较各厂商之间检修服务的优劣。聚焦于燃气轮机服务在检修间隔计算方面的异同点,通过对整个服务周期内检修年限长短的量化比较,提出运用等效运行小时数、折算运行小时数、折算启停数来综合评价燃气轮机检修服务周期的方法。研究成果可为电厂运行规划评估和检修计划安排提供参考。 Due to the difference of product structures and inspection concepts of different providers,the advantages and disadvantages of inspection services between different providers cannot be compared directly with consideration of uncertainty in the operation mode of gas turbine power plants.Focused on the similarities and differences in the calculation of inspection intervals during gas turbine service,a method is proposed for comprehensive evaluation of the gas turbine inspection service using equivalent operating hours,equivalent hours and equivalent starts with quantitative comparison of the length of inspection intervals throughout the entire service cycle.The research results can provide reference for the evaluation of power plant operation plan and inspection schedule arrangement.
