肱骨近端内固定锁定系统治疗肱骨近端骨折的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Proximal Humerus Internal Locking System in the Treatment of Proximal Humeral Fraetures

目的观察肱骨近端内固定锁定系统(PHILOS)治疗肱骨近端骨折(PHFs)的临床效果。方法81例PHFs患者根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,对照组予以传统复位内固定术治疗,研究组予以PHILOS治疗,比较两组的围术期指标、疼痛程度及肩关节功能。结果研究组的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,研究组的VAS评分低于对照组,Constant-Murley评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PHILOS治疗PHFs可显著减少患者的术中出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,促进患者骨折愈合,降低患者疼痛程度,提高患者肩关节功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of proximal humerus internal locking system(PHILOS)in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures(PHFs).Methods 81 patients with PHFs were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with traditional reduction and internal fixation,and the study group was treated with PHILOS.The perioperative indicators,pain degree and shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the Constant-Murley score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PHILOS in the treatment of PHFs can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss amount,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,promote fracture healing,reduce pain degree and improve shoulder function of patients.
