长碳链脂肪族二胺类环氧固化剂的合成及应用 被引量:2

Synthesis and application of long carbon chain aliphatic diamine curing agent for epoxy resin

摘要 以油酸甲酯、乙二醇为原料通过酯交换反应制备了长碳链二酯。将二酯与半胱胺盐酸盐在紫外灯照射下以2,2-二甲氧基-2-苯基苯乙酮为引发剂通过硫醇-烯点击反应制备了长碳链脂肪族二胺类固化剂。采用红外光谱对产物的结构进行了表征,通过示差扫描热量分析,动态热机械分析及力学性能测试研究了固化后的环氧体系的性能。结果表明:与商用固化剂相比,采用自制固化剂的环氧体系的韧性得到极大提升,断裂伸长率提高了220%,冲击韧性提高190%,弯曲强度下降26.76%,弯曲模量下降19.54%。 The long carbon chain diesters were prepared by transesterification using methyl oleate and ethylene glycol as raw materials.Then the diester and cysteamine hydrochloride were irradiated under UV lamp to prepare the long carbon chain aliphatic diamine curing agent by thiol-ene click reaction using 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone as initiator.The structure of self-made curing agent was characterized by infrared.The performance of the cured epoxy system was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry,dynamic thermomechanical analysis and mechanical performance test.The results showed that compared with commercial curing agents,the toughness of epoxy systems using self-made curing agents was greatly improved.The elongation at break was increased by 220%and the impact toughness was increased by 190%.The flexural strength was decreased by 26.76%and the flexural modulus was decreased by 19.54%.
