船舶喷涂交互式虚拟仿真过程的涂料损耗分析

摘要 为提高船舶交互式喷涂过程的涂层质量,利用计算机对喷涂过程进行虚拟仿真分析。但是由于人为喷涂形成的涂层比较复杂,涂层厚度和涂料损耗计算较为困难。因此提出了交互式喷涂虚拟仿真过程的涂层厚度和涂料损耗计算方法。首先,建立交互式喷涂喷枪模型,通过喷枪参数、喷枪位置及喷涂方向与涂层厚度的关系进行涂层厚度分析计算;其次,通过分析喷涂仿真时的涂料用量、实际形成涂层后的涂料体积,对涂料损耗进行仿真计算;最后,通过喷涂仿真和试验结合。结果显示,涂层厚度的误差均低于7.1%,喷涂总量和涂层喷涂量的误差低于9.8%和11.6%。表明所提出的交互式喷涂模型对船舶喷涂过程的涂层厚度和涂料损耗计算具有一定的准确性。 In order to improve the coating quality of Marine interactive spraying process,virtual simulation analysis of spraying process was carried out by computer.However,because the coating formed by human spraying is more complicated,the thickness of the coating and the calculation of coating loss is difficult.Therefore,the coating thickness and coating loss calculation method of the interactive spray virtual simulation process is proposed.First of all,establish an interactive spray gun model,analyze the thickness of coating through the relationship between the spray gun parameters,the position of the spray gun and the thickness of the coating and the thickness of the coating,Simulation calculation of coating loss;finally,combine the simulation and test by spraying.Results showed that the error of the coating thickness was less than 7.1%,and the error of the total amount of spray and the amount of coating was less than 9.8%and 11.6%.The interactive spray model proposed in this article has certain accuracy of the coating thickness and coating loss calculation of the ship spray process.
