中医推拿改善心肺功能临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Tuina in Improving Cardiopulmonary Function

通过检索近年来的相关文献,系统阐述中医推拿改善心肺功能的临床研究进展。结果显示,中医推拿不仅能够有效改善冠心病、心力衰竭及心律失常等心血管疾病患者的心功能,还能改善COPD、支气管哮喘、尘肺病、心脏瓣膜置换术及胸外科手术等患者的肺功能,对肺部感染的防治亦具有促进作用,且简便安全、不良反应少、患者依从性高。通过分析发现,目前临床上心肺功能的干预手法以循经推拿或穴位按摩最为常用,心功能评定主要以左心室射血分数、心排血量、左心室舒张和收缩末期内径等为观察指标,肺功能评定多以第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC及呼气流速峰值等为观察指标。

This paper searches the relevant literatures in recent years and systematically expounds the research progress of traditional Chinese Tuina in improving cardiopulmonary function.The results showed that traditional Chinese Tuina can not only effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with cardiovascular diseases such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,heart failure and arrhythmia,but also improve the pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),bronchial asthma,pneumoconiosis,cardiac valve replacement and thoracic surgical procedures.It can also promote the prevention and treatment of pulmonary infection,and is simple and safe,with fewer adverse reactions and high compliance.At present,meridian Tuina or acupoint Tuina is the most commonly used intervention method for cardiopulmonary function in clinical practice.Cardiac function was evaluated by left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output,left ventricular end diastolic and systolic diameter,etc.While pulmonary function assessment is usually based on forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC and peak expiratory flow value.
