采煤机摇臂振动能量收集电路的设计 被引量:1

摘要 采煤机摇臂产生的振动能量充足,可进行收集为无线状态监控系统供电。其中振动能量收集接口电路是能量收集的关键部分,为提高能量收集效率,保证采煤机摇臂无线传感器网络可靠稳定工作,设计出符合采煤机工况环境的双并联同步开关电感电荷提取电路(DPSSI-SECE),包括原理分析、理论计算及软件仿真。针对采煤机摇臂振动频率的复杂性,难以产生精确的控制信号,提出了基于STC15W4K32S4单片机的电流信号过零点控制方法。结果表明DPSSI-SECE电路输出功率最高可达760μW,与SECE(同步电荷提取)电路相比输出功率提高了近194.6%,约为其2.8倍,且在负载变化时输出功率基本保持不变;同时利用软硬件电路所产生的控制信号与直接计算法相比误差仅为0.6%。 The vibration energy generated by the rocker arm of the shearer is sufficient,which can be collected and used to power the wireless condition monitoring system.The vibration energy collecting interface circuit is a key part of the collection,to improve the efficiency of energy collection,guarantee the stability of coal winning machine rocker wireless sensor network and reliable work,designed in line with the working condition of coal winning machine environment with double parallel synchronous switch inductance charge(DPSSI-SECE)extraction circuit,including the principle analysis and software simulation and theoretical calculation.Aiming at the complexity of the vibration frequency of the rocker arm of the shearer,it is difficult to generate accurate control signals.A zero-crossing control method of current signals based on STC15W4K32S4 microcontroller is proposed.The results show that the output power of DPSSI-SECE circuit is up to 760μW,which is nearly 194.6%higher than that of SECE circuit,which is about 2.8 times higher than that of SECE(synchronous charge extraction circuit),and the output power is basically unchanged when the load changes.At the same time,the error of control signal generated by the combination of hardware and software is only 0.6%compared with the direct calculation method.
