随着人们生活质量的不断提高,人们对于各行各业的要求也在不断增加,尤其是在建筑业,人们对于建筑工程质量十分看重,相应的,建筑方案设计工作也随之得到了极高的重视,建筑设计方案是在满足现代建筑业发展条件下,对人们所需要的房屋功能进行科学的设计。本文在陈述了建筑方案设计工作的重要性后,简述了建筑方案设计工作进行优化时需要注意的几个要素,在概述了建筑设计方案现阶段存在的一些问题后,提出了相应的优化措施,以供各位同行参考。

With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,people’s requirements for all walks of life are also increasing,especially for the construction industry,people attach great importance to the quality of construction projects,and corresponding architectural scheme design work has also received great attention.Architectural design scheme is the scientific designof house function required by people while meeting the development conditions of modern construction industry.This paper states the importance of architectural design work,briefly describes several elements that need to be concerned when optimizing architectural scheme design,outlines some problems existing in the architectural design scheme at this stage,and proposes corresponding optimization measures,for the reference of colleagues.
