摘要
塔式起重机作为室外作业常用设备往往因台风影响而发生事故,当其处于非工作状态时,上部总成在强风作用下能自由回转。为研究台风作用下非工作状态塔式起重机安全性,通过气象站及倾角传感器测得“烟花”台风过境时某施工现场风向、风速及塔式起重机偏移量。结果表明,塔身偏移量随着高度升高而增大,而塔尖偏移量会受上部回转影响,且实际工程中塔式起重机存在风标效应导致其最大位移与最大风速时刻不对应,存在相对滞后现象。
As a common equipment for outdoor operation,tower cranes often have accidents due to the influence of typhoon.When they are in non-working state,the upper assembly can rotate freely under the action of strong wind.In order to study the safety of tower crane in non-working state under the action of typhoon,the wind direction,wind speed and tower crane offset of a construction site during the passage of"In-fa"typhoon were measured by the weather station and inclination sensor.The results show that the tower body offset increases with the height,while the tower tip offset will be affected by the upper rotation,and in the actual project,the tower crane has the wind vane effect,which causes its maximum displacement to be inconsistent with the maximum wind speed,and there is a relative lag phenomenon.
