层级护理对肛瘘术后患者疼痛程度及创面愈合的影响

Effect of Hierarchical Nursing on Pain Degree and Wound Healing of Patients after Anal Fistula Surgery

目的:探究层级护理对肛瘘术后患者疼痛程度及创面愈合的影响。方法:选取2022年1—6月成都中医药大学附属医院收治的100例肛瘘术后患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规肛瘘术后护理,观察组在对照组基础上术后给予层级护理。比较两组护理前、护理3 d、5 d及7 d后疼痛程度、创面愈合相关指标及护理满意度。结果:护理3 d、5 d及7 d后,观察组疼痛程度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理3 d、5 d及7 d后,观察组创面水肿评分、创面渗液评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理效果及护理态度总满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:层级护理可显著改善肛瘘术后患者疼痛程度,促进创面愈合,且更受患者认可。

Objective:To investigate effect of hierarchical nursing on pain degree and wound healing of patients after anal fistula surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients after anal fistula surgery admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine anal fistula postoperative nursing,and the observation group received hierarchical nursing on the basis of the control group after surgery.The pain degree,wound healing related indexes before nursing and after 3 d,5 d and 7 d of nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 d,5 d and 7 d of nursing,the pain degree of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 d,5 d and 7 d of nursing,the wound edema score and wound exudation score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing effect and nursing attitude total satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical nursing can significantly improve the pain degree of patients after anal fistula surgery,promote wound healing,and is more recognized by patients.
