校企合作教育模式的普及,有效解决我国部分高等人才教育培养难题。本文将基于校企合作视角下,跨境电商小语种人才培养分析,探究跨境电商小语种人才培养的重要意义,并基于跨境电商小语种人才培养优势及校企合作的教育问题研究,明确校企合作在跨境电商小语种人才培养方面发挥的作用,以期为未来跨境电商小语种人才培养质量的提升提供部分教育参考。

The popularization of school-enterprise cooperation education mode has effectively solved some problems in the education and training of higher talents in China.Based on the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the cultivation of minority language talents in cross-border e-commerce,explores the significance of minority language talents cultivation in cross-border e-commerce,and studies the advantages of minority language talents cultivation in cross-border e-commerce and the educational problems of school-enterprise cooperation,so as to clarify the role of school-enterprise cooperation in minority language talents cultivation in cross-border e-commerce and provide some educational references for the improvement of the quality of minority language talents training in cross-border e-commerce inthefuture.
