聚焦医共体,建健康乡镇--融水苗族自治县紧密型医共体建设案例介绍

Focusing on the Medical Community to Build a Health Township--Rongshui Miao Autonomous County Intensive Medical Community Construction Case Introduction

本文以融水苗族自治县和睦卫生院为例,从建设目的、人才队伍、服务质量、诊疗技术和职工福利5个方面对卫生院进行管理和建设,通过分析建设成效,总结建设医共体,建健康乡镇的经验,探索实现医共体建设的双赢模式,最终实现基层首诊、上下联动的分级诊疗,能够为广大基层、边远地区的老百姓实现防病治病的目的。

Taking Rongshui Miao Autonomous County Harmony Health Center as an example,this paper managed and built the health center from five aspects:construction purpose,talent team,service quality,diagnosis and treatment technology and employee welfare.By analyzing the results of construction,the experience of building medical community and healthy towns was summarized.To explore the win-win mode of the construction of the medical community,and finally realize the hierarchical diagnosis that the first diagnosis at the grassroots level and the linkage between the top and the bottom,which can realize the purpose of disease prevention and treatment for the masses of the grassroots and remote areas.
