摘要 铜的火法冶炼工艺在铜的冶炼生产中占据主导地位。多年来,通过不断引进先进技术、并自主研发了一系列新的冶炼技术,我国铜冶炼技术已经达到了世界先进水平。闪速熔炼和各种富氧熔池熔炼技术在我国飞速发展,P-S转炉吹炼技术被连续吹炼技术所替代已势在必行。着重对比了熔炼技术、吹炼技术和火法精炼技术的优缺点,并对铜冶炼技术的未来发展方向进行展望,以期我国铜冶炼行业向着低碳化、绿色化、数字化和智能化的方向发展,早日实现“双碳”战略目标。 Copper pyrometallurgical process plays a leading role in copper smelting production.As the decades of introduction,absorption,independent research and development,the copper pyrometallurgical technologies in China have reached the world advanced level.Flash smelting and various oxygen enriched bath smelting technologies have developed rapidly in China.It is imperative that P-S converting technology will be replaced by continuous converting technologies.To reach the improvement of China's environmental protection requirements and the proposal of the"double carbon"goal,the China's copper smelting industries should be based on the technological innovation and the development of those will be forced towards to a low-carbon,green,digital and intelligent direction.
