摘要
由于紫外光(UV光)固化涂料具有环保、干燥效率高、涂饰质量好等优势,在板式家具涂饰中的应用越来越广泛,具有广阔的发展前景。为了研究UV光固化涂料在板式家具表面的漆膜附着力,选取白橡、红橡和樱桃木这3种木皮贴面工件和中密度纤维板(MDF)素板工件,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)探究了漆膜与基材的结合机理,并研究了基材表面特征和漆膜厚度对漆膜附着力的影响。结果表明,工件的表面粗糙度影响着UV涂料涂饰后的表面平整度,并且漆膜厚度的大小对附着力具有一定影响,随着漆膜厚度变大,附着力提高,当漆膜厚度到达临界值时,即90μm,漆膜附着力可达到最优0级,然后开始下降。
Due to the advantages of environmental friendly,high drying efficiency and good finishing quality,the ultraviolet light(UV)curing coating is more and more widely used in panel furniture finishing and has broad development prospects.In order to study the film adhesion of UV lacquer coating on the surface of panel furniture,three kinds of veneer workpiece and Medium Density Fiberboard(MDF)plate workpiece were selected,and the bonding mechanism between paint film and substrate was explored by scanning electron microscopy.The influence of surface characteristics of substrate and film thickness on film adhesion was studied.The results show that the surface roughness of the workpiece affects the surface flatness after UV coating,and the size of the paint film thickness has a certain influence on the adhesion,with the increases in thickness of the paint film,the adhesion increases,when the thickness of the paint film reaches the critical value of 90μm,the film adhesion can reach the optimal level 0 and start declining.
