当前生猪养殖业的发展进程不断加快,生猪养殖产业已经成为畜牧养殖业的重要组成部分,在推动区域经济健康发展、增加养殖户经济效益方面发挥着重要的作用。但随着养殖规模的不断扩大,各类传染性疾病也呈现高发流行的态势,尤其是新型的重大传染性疾病引入风险明显增强,如果没有做好妥善有效的疫病防控,势必会威胁一个地区生猪养殖产业的生物安全。猪的疫苗接种是控制传染性疾病,尤其是重大传染性疾病发生流行的最有效措施,但在疫苗免疫接种过程中,由于受到猪群的抵抗力、疫苗质量、接种剂量、接种部位、接种环境等多方面因素的影响,经常会造成免疫失败,甚至引发一系列的副反应,危及猪群的健康生长。
