质量管理工具在人血白蛋白管理中的运用

Quality management tools used in the administration of human serum albumin

目的探讨质量管理工具在人血白蛋白临床应用管理中的应用价值。方法采用根本原因分析法、头脑风暴法、鱼骨图及PDCA循环原理法等管理工具,寻找某院人血白蛋白使用中存在的问题,并持续进行质量改进。结果通过质量管理工具的应用,全院人血白蛋白的使用量下降40.0%,目标科室肿瘤血液科、普外科和SICU的人血白蛋白使用量分别下降60.5%,48.7%和39.4%。干预后目标科室总体人血白蛋白处方不合理率由62.72%下降为53.01%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量管理工具应用于人血白蛋白的管理,能有效发现并解决问题,促进临床人血白蛋白的合理使用。

Objective To investigate the application value of quality management tools in clinical application management of human serum albumin.Methods Using root cause analysis,brainstorming method,fishbone diagram,PDCA cycle and other quality management tools to find the problems in the use of human serum albumin in a hospital and make continuous quality improvement.Results Through the application of quality management tools,the amount of human serum albumin decreased by 40.0%in the whole hospital.The target department of Hematology of tumor,General surgery and SICU decreased by 60.5%,48.7%and 39.4%.The overall percentage of unreasonable human serum albumin prescriptions in the target departments reduced from 62.72%to 53.01%after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality management tools in the management of human serum albumin can effectively find and solve problems and promote the rational use of human serum albumin in clinic.
