中医药治疗慢性肾脏病糖脂代谢异常的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Abnormal Glucose Metabolism and Lipid Metabolism in Chronic Kidney Disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine

慢性肾脏病作为一种慢性疾病,最终可发展至终末期肾病,严重危害人体生命健康,其发病机制至今尚未完全明确。近年来越来越多的研究发现慢性肾脏病患者存在着糖代谢、脂代谢异常,可激发炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡等反应。中医药治疗慢性肾脏病糖脂代谢的方法具有多靶点、多样化的特点。此文将近年来关于中医药治疗慢性肾脏病糖脂代谢异常的研究进展做如下综述。

As a chronic disease,chronic kidney disease can eventually develop to end-stage renal disease,which seriously endangers human life and health.The pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease(CKD)has not been completely clarified yet.In recent years,more and more studies have found that patients with CKD have abnormal glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism,which can stimulate inflammatory response,oxidative stress,apoptosis and other reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CKD glucolipid metabolism has the characteristics of multi-target,diversification.In this paper,the research progress on the treatment of glucolipid metabolism in CKD with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years was reviewed.
