摘要
核转录因子-κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)信号通路在阿尔茨海默病的发展过程中扮演着重要角色。该信号通路的过度激活与β-淀粉样蛋白(amyloidβ-protein,Aβ)异常沉积、神经炎症反应、肠道菌群密切相关,而单味中药、中药单体化合物、中药复方及针刺治疗均可通过调控NF-κB信号通路防治阿尔茨海默病,具有安全性高及临床疗效显著等优势。但现有研究仍存在一些不足之处,如缺乏中药单体化合物间的相互作用研究,中药复方、针刺调控NF-κB信号通路治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究多为动物实验,临床疗效有待验证,且中医特色疗法相关研究较为匮乏。针对此,未来应进一步加强大样本、多中心的临床试验研究,挖掘更多中医药特色疗法,为该病的治疗提供更多新的思路。
Nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway plays an important role in the development of Alzheimer′s disease.Overactivation of NF-κB signaling pathway is closely related to abnormal deposition of amyloidβ-protein(Aβ),neuroinflammatory reaction and intestinal flora.However,single Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine monomer compound,Chinese medicine compound and acupuncture therapy can prevent and treat Alzheimer′s disease by regulating NF-κB signaling pathway,which has the advantages of high safety and remarkable clinical efficacy.However,there are still some shortcomings in the existing research,such as the lack of research on the interaction between monomer compounds of traditional Chinese medicine,the research on the treatment of Alzheimer′s disease by traditional Chinese medicine compound and acupuncture regulating NF-κB signal pathway is mostly animal experiments,and the clinical efficacy needs to be verified,and the related research on traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy is relatively scarce.In view of this,large-sample and multi-center clinical trial research should be further strengthened in the future,and more characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine should be excavated to provide more new ideas for the treatment of this disease.
