中药胆制的价值考辨

Study on the Value of Bile Processing of Traditional Chinese Medicine

胆汁炮制中药距今已有千年历史,历代中医药学家皆有继承和创新,其作用在于增强中药功效、降低毒副反应和扩大临床应用范围。能作为炮制液体辅料的胆汁包括牛胆汁、猪胆汁和羊胆汁等,常用于天南星、黄连、黄芩和化风丹药母等中药的炮制,其中尤以胆汁炮制南星的记载最为详尽,最能体现胆汁炮制中药的特色。本文通过梳理历代本草学专著收录的动物胆汁炮制中药的文献,以期为胆汁炮制的现代研究提供依据,也为扩大胆汁炮制中药的临床应用提供参考。

Bile processing of Chinese medicinals has a history of thousands of years,which has been inherited and innovated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)experts.This processing is to enhance the efficacy of Chinese medicinals,reduce toxic and side effects,and expand the scope of clinical application.The bile that can be used for processing medicinals includes the one from cow,pig,sheep,etc.,and they are often used in the processing of Chinese medicinals,such as rhizoma arisaematis,coptis chinensis,scutellaria baicalensis,and Huafeng Dan.Among them,bile processing of rhizoma arisaematis is recorded in most detail,which can best reflect the characteristics of bile processing of Chinese medicinals.In this article,we review the literature on bile processing of Chinese medicinals in previous herbal monographs of past dynasties.Through this,we provides a basis for the modern research of bile processing of medicinals,and a reference for expanding the clinical application of bile processing of Chinese medicinals.
