摘要
技能竞赛和学生就业问题是高职院校当前的两个研究热点,但将两者结合起来的研究较少。高职院校可以依托技能竞赛提升学生的就业能力:拓宽竞赛覆盖面,重视各级竞赛,实现全员育人;依托竞赛,促进教师成长,持续教学改革;借助竞赛,校企联动,深度产教融合;以就业能力为导向,依托技能竞赛提升高职学生综合素质。
Skill competitions and student employment are the two current research hotspots in higher vocational colleges,but there are few studies combining the two.The higher vocational colleges can rely on skills competitions to improve the employability of their students.Firstly,the coverage of the competitions should be broadened and importance should be attached to all levels of the competitions to realize full staff education.Secondly,colleges can promote teachers growth and continue teaching reforms by relying on the competitions.Thirdly,colleges and enterprises carry out in-depth integration of production and education with the help of the competitions.Finally,based on employability-oriented,the higher vocational colleges can improve the students comprehensive quality by skill competitions.
