基于班组管控模式的露天煤矿外委管理体系

Outsourcing management system of open-pit coal mine based on team management and control mode

为了解决露天煤矿在采用外委承包方式后造成的承包商管理理念落后,自营与外委管理模式不统一,管理模式需要发生变化的情况,将露天煤矿的外委承包商按照生产、安全、经营各业务作业方向进行划分,设立班组进行管理的模式。结果表明:基于班组管控模式的外委管理体系,采用外委承包商标准化班组服务管理与班组生产运营全流程管理方式,可提高露天煤矿的外委一体化管理水平与承包商管理水平。

In order to solve the situation that the after adopting the outsourced contracting method,the contractor's management concept is backward,the self-operated and outsourced management modes are not unified,and the management mode needs to be changed,the article divides safety and operation into different business operation directions,and establishes a team management model.The results show that the outsourced management system based on the team management and control model adopts the standardized team service management of outsourced contractors and the whole process management method of team production and operation,which can improve the open-pit coal mine's outsourcing integrated management level and contractor management level.
