系统思维下基础教育学校课程建设的实践反思与优化路径 被引量:4

摘要 学校课程建设是基础教育课程高质量建设的重要内容,是基础教育迈向高质量发展的必要环节。自基础教育新课程改革以来,学校课程建设取得了显著的成绩,但是仍然存在着课程规划宏观把握不足、学校课程建设反思有弱项、实践有偏离、内在合力激发有短板等实践问题。学校应该运用系统思维,坚持整体性、层次性、稳定性和系统性的原则,以“前瞻性思考、全局性谋划、整体性推进”的思路开展学校课程建设的各项工作,实现课程育人成效的整体性与最优化。 School curriculum construction is an important part of the high-quality development of basic education curriculum and a necessary link for basic education to move towards high-quality development.Since the new curriculum reform in basic education,significant achievements have been made in school curriculum construction.However,there are still practical problems such as insufficient macro-planning of curriculum design,weak reflection on school curriculum construction,deviation in practice,and shortcomings in igniting intrinsic force to promote holistic development.Schools should apply systemic thinking,adhere to the principles of integrity,hierarchy,stability and systematicity,and promote all aspects of school curriculum construction in a systematic manner from a perspective of“forward thinking,global planning,and holistic advancement”.This approach will help to achieve a comprehensive and optimized effect in the education of curriculum.
