2011—2020年我国移动医疗研究热点和前沿分析

Analysis of Chinese Mobile Medical Research Hotspots and Frontiers From 2011 to 2020

目的 利用CiteSpace分析软件探索我国近10年移动医疗领域的相关文献的研究热点,并进行可视化展现。方法 以中国知网数据库2011年1月至2020年12月移动医疗研究的相关文献作为数据来源,通过CiteSpace对挑选后的文献进行共现和聚类分析,并绘制可视化知识图谱。结果 我国移动医疗相关文献发表量总体呈上升趋势;经过数十年的发展,产生了一批核心研究作者和核心研究机构,研究热点主要集中在APP、远程医疗、物联网、健康管理、糖尿病、大数据、互联网+等领域;关键词突现图谱显示,高血压、冠心病、健康教育为移动医疗研究的未来发展方向。结论 近几年国内移动医疗研究热度有所降低,作者发文量较少,主要是机构之间缺乏合作,研究内容更新换代较快,信息技术、疾病管理或将成为未来研究热点。

Objective To explore the research hotspots of related literature in the field of mobile medicine in China in recent 10 years with CiteSpace analysis software,and to carry out visual display.Methods With the relevant documents of mobile medical research from January 2011 to December 2020 in the CNKI database as the data source,the selected documents were co-occurrence and clustered through CiteSpace,and finally a visual knowledge graph was drawn.Results The number of mobile medical related articles published in China was generally on the rise.After decades of development,a number of core research authors and core research institutions have emerged,the research hotspots mainly focused on APP,telemedicine,Internet of Things,health management,diabetes,big data,Internet plus and other fields.The key words emergence graph showed that hypertension,coronary heart disease and health education were the future development direction of mobile medical research.Conclusion In recent years,the research enthusiasm of mobile medicine in China has decreased,the number of papers published by the authors is small,the cooperation between major institutions is relatively lacking,and the research content is updated rapidly.Information technology and disease management may become the research focus in the future.
